COACH RAY ROXAS

NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, and a dedicated Muay Thai practitioner.

More importantly, I’m a passionate coach and trainer that truly cares about my Tribe. Including you.

My journey into fitness, Muay Thai, and pain management began with a simple belief, movement heals. From exploring martial arts as a young man to overcoming an injury followed 5 year layoff from my sport, I discovered the transformative power of combining variety of exercise science principles and integrating them into training to get back to peak performance.

My passion isn’t just about sets and reps or strikes and kicks. It’s about empowering individuals to take control of their health and well-being. In my experience everyone’s journey is different, and so its important that take the time to truly understand each client’s unique needs, goals, and limitations.

I don’t plan to just hand out workout plans. Instead I offer effective personalized coaching, support and education to help you achieve lasting results.

I work with the tribe to emphasize mastering fundamentals and understanding the “why” behind the movements and incorporating playfulness into training to break through comfort zones.
